For orders within the UK mainland our standard packaging & postage cost is £2.95 for your complete order (unless otherwise stated on your required item - such as large beds). £2.95 is for the complete order not per item.
Channel Islands, Ireland etc... £3.95 for your complete order (unless otherwise stated on your required item - such as large beds).

If for any reason a product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it to us, in its original condition & packaging, within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please make sure the goods are clean and they MUST be free of dog hairs.
Postage can only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
